As health care professionals, we are faced everyday with the medical consequences of poor nutrition, inadequate physical activity and obesity. In order to meet these challenges, we must stay up-to-date with the rapidly evolving science in the field of obesity medicine which is giving new insights into effective approaches to the management of obesity. Now in its 22nd year at Harvard Medical School , the International Conference on Practical Approaches to the Treatment of Obesity offers unique opportunities to learn from and interact with expert faculty from across the country, as well as participants from around the world
The three-day course is comprised of both plenary lectures and concurrent sessions and provides broad coverage of the latest hot topics and in-depth insight into specific subject areas.
